When I locked myself out of the room, the process of getting a new key was quick and painless. The view from the 12th floor was nice too. The washing machine only cost 200 to run, too. Finally, the breakfast was actually really good. It varies day to day—good if you don’t want to get bored, but bad if you’re me and you really, really like the potato salad.

The hotel is 1 minute away from Soka Station. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the center of Tokyo from here. Breakfast is included but it is not a continental breakfast, there is almost nothing to eat for foreign guests. The room is quite clean, the staff service is quite good. Although the beds are new, they are not comfortable because they are hard.
I stayed for a week. I was very happy, kind staff, great arrangent facilities and specially breakfasts were very delicious every morning. I definitely choose next my visit.
I should have requested non smoking room when booked. I didn't realise there were smoking and non smoking room.
